  EMERGENCY: we have a young woman who was run over by a car and the bone is out of her leg. We are at nsambya hospital but they don't know what they are doing (were literally on wikipedia) and she will definitely need surgery. Nakasero hospital won't call in or check if appropriate surgeon is there. Where can we take her to get immediate professional care????? Please please help
