  Okay, so I'm looking for direction. I need an engineering firm that can check out the soil I'm looking to build on and offer a solution for building footers and foundation on partial fill. It would also be nice if they can perform the solution in tandem with the builder. Anyone know of any good engineers that could help with this? Or at least point me in the right direction?
