Full service Events, Private Catering, Cooking School - Foodie U and Private Venue. Roux 30a is located centrally on 30a in Grayton Beach. Our Catering is considered some of the finest on the Emerald Coast. We design exquisite table setting and decorations. We are available for small events or possibly a private dinner for your friends. Hours are by appointment unless we have a scheduled dinner or Cooking Class. Call us at 850-225-1615 with questions. Let us make your small, personal parties elegant, comfortable and altogether perfect. We will even create a personalized dish and deliver it to your home or office, for those days you just can't find the time to go out.
