I've heard really good things about [Voluta](http://www.volutatattoo.com) but have not gone to any artists there. Edit: I should add that we haven't lived in Indy for two years, but are moving back this month. I heard some rumblings from a friends about Voluta but had forgotten about it.   I've had both my tattoos done within the past year by Michele at Voluta Tattoos. They're bright and beautiful, and I really can't recommend her enough.
