DO NOT use Eagle Caves Pet Resort on 10th st. Each time there was something off and the last experience was the nail in the coffin. Being yelled/screamed at in front of my then 4yr old for being late to drop off (screamed at for being 15 mins late. My fault I was late. I said sorry and offered to pay more) My 4yr old was terrified. My husband was told that I was yelled at because the lady thought I had my dog in the car around town all day. Not that it's her business but I do not do that. I do not believe in sticking a dog in the car all day. There was no excuse for her assuming or red faced screaming at me. It seemed like the few times we had our dog there he was either outside or opposite locked in the kennel most of the day.
