  Hello neighbors! Long story short... We purchased a home that was flipped in 2012. It passed inspection but as time goes on we continue to discover all the issues that were covered up to maximize profit. We are looking into a number of pretty large projects (new Garage, bathroom rough in, kitchen redo, correct all electrical, HVAC and plumbing). I would be willing to work with a good GC or would appreciate your references for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical companies you like (NOT Applewood or other large companies- ridiculous quotes about 40% higher so far). Prefer to work with a smaller independent owners. Thanks!
