  Looking for recommendations on gyms in town. Only ever really been to east link but i want something a little cheaper. Went to motion a few times & wasnt a huge fan. I do want something with options on memberships, just cause i can't always go because of my work so i don't want to be wasting my money. I plan on going 5-6 times a week, but different times since my shifts are always different so something with decent hours as well. tia!

  Hi Carly Given! I offer drop-in fitness classes - mostly Zumba and BooTy at the moment. First class of each style is Free to give it a try. We have a fantastic group and you'd be right at home. Some of our gals use a cheaper gym for when they want to just lift weights and join us for the fun of the classes whenever they want on their punch cards. Some are shift workers on rotating schedules and want a couple of options during the day, so we are looking at adding some noon classes in October.
