Welcome to Chicago's newest most flexible, creative event space. Tucked along Grand Avenue in the heart of West Chicago, Space 1858 presents an open and intimate setting for a personal ceremony and/or reception with your closest family and friends; an art gallery, opening, or pop-up shop; a birthday celebration or baby shower; or a small social event.
Designed to reflect the urban essence of Chicago, this venue is a loft style brick building that sits directly on the corner of Wolcott Avenue for convenient parking and easy guest access. Beautifully simple and clean, the interior of the space features a glass storefront with floor to ceiling windows, exposed wood beams, large side windows, and a focal brick wall.
Steeped in classic city charm, Space 1858 provides minimal decoration to create an empty and open area that is ready for transformation. a blank canvas waiting to be filled.
