  I had a great experience with http://www.charlesfrederick.com/ in Chelmsford. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as the Hong Kong. Mall jeweler we purchased from wanted ~$1000 to repair what Frederick's did as a great job for under three hundred. Very happy with them and have gone back. Good luck! Xo

  My whole family uses Charles Frederick Jewelers. Fred Gallagher, one of the owners, is a friend of Joe's they went to high school together, he is awesome!
