Melrose Market Studios is an urban event space on the west edge of Capitol Hill, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Seattle. Located in a historic 1927 building that has been completely refurbished, this distinct venue is a great place to hold an event for up to 250 people.

We once did a budget wedding at https://www.facebook.com/215450788520026 Melrose Market Studios. :) Very industrial/exposed brick sort of venue. Worth a look! :D
