I prefer a photo journalism approach. I can say that I am always trying to capture that perfect moment in time.

It will be in the last weekend of October, either the 29th or 30th. We are on a budget and are having a Halloween themed reception. We need the following supplies/vendors that can work on a SUPER tight budget. We're going more for Halloween party with a wedding dress.
