  Tommy S. wrote: I called on Fri July 28 to ask for a clinician regarding services for my daughter. The receptionist was rude, unaccommodating and curt. I felt as if she was rushing me off the phone. I repeatedly asked what services were offered and which clinician would be the best possible fit. She asked me to discuss my situation, which I was uncomfortable doing. Much to my surprise, she asked, "What's wrong with your daughter?" Then she told me my daughter did not need services from WCP. I asked for her name but she declined. I also asked to speak to her supervisor. However, she hung up. She should have simply taken my information and passed it along to a clinician. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be seeking help elsewhere.

  http://www.westcarypsychiatry.com/clinicians.html It may not be in the right area but Dr. Claudia Nunez was amazing! I moved to PA so sadly I don't see her anymore but out of the many I've seen, she was the absolute best!
