  Need recommendations - Restaurant for anniversary accommodating to allergies/special requests My wife and I are looking to celebrate our anniversary later this month, but her allergies make it difficult to just "pick a place" to go to without a bit of research. She has the "alpha-gal" allergy, which includes basically anything from a mammal - beef/pork/dairy/gelatin, etc. It's also a contact allergy, which makes things a bit more difficult. She can still have fish and poultry. Does anyone know if there's any restaurants in the region that are extremely accommodating given advance notice, including potentially creating a menu dish if necessary? Seafood would be great, but that's even difficult since it seems everyone serves steak as well! This isn't necessarily a problem if proper measures are taken to keep it separate from her meal, though. Thanks for the help!
