  Do any of my local friends have a suggestion for a good chiropractor? I have a pinched nerve in my neck that has flared up again with a vengeance. I had an appointment today, which I've waited a week for, and they cancelled due to the weather. Their first available reschedule is next Tues. I don't know if I can wait that long so trying to figure out my options and my idea of amputating my head has not been well-received.
