We live at The Towers, Khayam Crescent ext 13) ,and there is this property opposite us where these people have a dog tied to a tree for the past few weeks now. My flat gives me a pretty good view the the dog has no food or water, it has become emaciated(can see it's ribs and hipbones clearly) and looks as if it's on the verge of death, it's has been howling and crying for the past few days now,apart from disturbing our sleep,it's absolutely heartbreaking, and it also looks like the the chain has cut the the dog quite badly around it's neck. If anyone know's the number please give it to me, or of you know someone who can help please tell them to check it out ASAP, i'd appreciate it a lot. and i'm sure this pure puppy would as well :'( all lives matter!! #animalcruelty
