We are a family owned and operated meal plan & catering company located in Melbourne Beach, Florida, in the Beach Woods Plaza. We started creating healthy and convenient meal plans in January 2017.
Serving busy professionals, people on the go, seniors, and athletes the best quality meal plans in our area. Days for meals are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Every Thursday will be a special day for our partnership with Florida Fields to Forks. Making 100% Clean Meal plans.

We can cater to any Corporate event-daily lunches, weddings, work parties, and any social gathering what have you- with as little as 5 people and as many as 300. Catering to all cities in Brevard County such as Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, Eau Gallie, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Rockledge, West Melbourne, Viera, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Malabar, etc. Also Indian River County as well...
