  Hi all. I need advice and help. My roomate passed away suddenly 2 weeks ago. She died without a will and so her mother has been appointed her estate representative. I have another year left on my lease, which includes all utilities. Her mother shut off the cable which is in my lease. Today she had Penn power come out to leave a 10 day shut off notice. Who do I contact to fight this? I can't afford an attorney. Is there an authority I can call about this to enforce my lease and act on my behalf to stop this? Any help would be appreciated.
