About us
From the time I was little, cameras have fascinated me. The Polaroid cameras of the late 80's with their little box flashes were my favorite thing about visiting with family at Thanksgiving. At the age of 10 I bought a Kodak 110 and I was hooked. It wasn't until 2009, however, that I began to take photography seriously. One day it just clicked that I could finally *FINALLY* capture the beauty I saw around me after wishing for so long that I knew how to draw that well, paint that quickly, in order to forever preserve the beauty that I saw in my everyday life. That realization led me to pursue a degree in photography in order to learn about this hobby that has since become my passion. Choosing Melissa Sisk Photography to capture your memories means choosing to further my dream and I hope together we can build something beautiful.
