  Not sure what you are looking to spend, but a couple of years ago my number one son scored a really nice Honda Civic from select city motors in Dallas.(www.selectcitycars.com) It's a place that specializes in buying repos from auctions. His civic had about 14 k miles and I think he paid about $14 k. I don't think they finance, so he had to take care of that.
