My husband runs Nomadic Martial Arts. It is a taekwondo school with a HUGE emphasis on self defence. Classes are run out of Chalmers CC. Twice a week, NO CONTRACTS, month to month payments. We also do competitions and such 4/5 x a year if your child becomes interested in that route! Any rank your child obtains at our school they can take to any other WT Taekwondo school and be recognized at that level. Check out the page! Www.facebook.com/nomadicmartialarts

I run Nomadic Martial Arts which is a month-by-month no contract community program out of Chalmers CC. My primary focus is upon practical self defense skills after over 15 years of taekwondo specific and cross training. I’ve also worked in the child welfare system for a long time so I put a strong emphasis on holistic “personal safety” strategies not just the generic “self defence”. Realistically, if your goal is self defense then our club is the best option IMO, give me a call or msg our page. We also have a strong olympic taekwondo sports program and even regularly attend tournaments outside of the province. By far th most cost effective option also. www.facebook.com/NomadicMartialArts
Do we have any martial arts studios in N.K? Looking for a good place for a teenager who is a beginner.
