My fiancée and I are going to be in the market to buy a house hopefully in September-November of this year in the WF, Youngsville, or Franklinton area. We've been trying to do our research online but it would be nice to speak with a professional. Also, anyone that specializes in down payment assistance?   You should have several options. Anywhere In Franklin County you can go USDA and do 100%. The bigger issue right now is that its a hugely competitive market in the 200 k and below price range. You need a good loan and a strategy. If you'd like to talk tomorrow, please call me 9194221894.
