We are a family business, running since 1989 and into the 2nd generation. Our store started small but with support from our many loyal customers we've grown much bigger, carrying a larger variety of food selections and alternative health products.
We specialize in safe, healthy alternatives for those with allergies. We carry a large assortment of wheat and gluten free products, milk alternatives, sugar free products, and many other options for those with restricted diets.
We carry an extensive selection of supplements, including vitamins and minerals, Omega 3’s and other essential fatty acids, herbal products, homeopathics, and sports nutrition products. Not to mention the variety of other natural health products like essential oils, natural personal care and beauty products, natural cleaning supplies, books and more.
Being true to the roots of our business, we also have a large bulk food section with a range of nuts and seeds, flours, herbs and spices, and baking supplies.
