Being on very limited funds right now due to my husband being disabled and now gaining custody of our granddaughter he made sure my family and myself were taken care during the extreme heat. He is highly experienced, professional and compassionate.

I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee like another company had charged me, nor was I charged for a part that didn't correct the problem like a previous company had charged me. Richard Ford AC and Heating told me what the problem was and asked if I wanted it fix. There were no hidden costs. Word of mouth is still the best form of advertising. I had searched the phone book prior to calling this company, and ended up out of $400 and my AC unit still wasn't fixed after calling this company. After reading a review Online, I gave Richard Ford AC a call.Best decision! Stephanie

  Donna L. wrote: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I would recommend Richard Ford to anyone looking for an honest appraisal of what is needed to keep your HVAC system doing what it's supposed to do. Mr. Ford was recommended to me in February by a friend when she found out that I had not had heat in 1/2 of my house for the entire winter season. She told me that he could help me. I was unsure because I had been told that the system should be replaced and if it was repaired (against another major company's advice) the cost would be about $3000. Mr. Ford was able to get the part and install it for SO much less! Not only that but he drove to SC to pick up the part (which wasn't readily available due to the age of the unit). He works hard and makes sure the job is done right! I haven't had a single problem since the day he put his stamp of approval on my system!
