Maryann I. asked:Can anybody recommend a reputable rescue in the Washington, NC area? Young, black mouth cur male dumped at rural property. Very shy and skinny. Friend is there visiting family. In the past when people have dumped dogs on their road, they have taken them to the local shelter, only to find out they were killed. They don't want to do this again. Any suggestions welcome.
