  Gourmet Butcher I'm looking for a gourmet butcher shop(s). I'm looking for homemade chicken sausage (w/ feta, or broccoli and cheddar, or anything different from the grocery). Additionally I would to find a place that has prime or waygu beef cuts. If they are the same place, awesome! Just looking to see what's out there. Can anyone provide me with some options?   OK fellow foodies, I'm in need of help again. I've been making sausage at home for some time. I ran out of casing and was hoping somebody knows of any grocery store, meat market, craft food maker that also makes sausage and might have casing they would consider selling. The place I used to get them at in Charlotte is now a yuppie food spot and no longer makes sausage therefore has no casings available for sale. Anyone who tips me to a solid lead will earn two pounds of fresh sausage.
