  There is no better shop in all of Nashville than B13 - hands down. Also keep in mind - B13 doesn't do flash off the wall. If you want to get a piece done there, come in with an original concept and work with the artist. That is a HUGE difference between the vast majority of shops and a specialty place like B13. Also, Ian White has Safe House Tattoo (http://safehousetattoo.com/)... he had his own shop in Ohio and came to Nashville several years back. He worked at B13 for some time before striking out on his own again. If you're looking for a good black and grey studio, he has some amazing talent there (and he himself is great).
