All recipes are produced using traditional methods of preserving and are free from artificial flavourings, colours and preservatives. We have a cider orchard that we are about to harvest but our customer doesn't want the cooking apples. We have six trees bursting with apples that need a use! (There are only so many apple pies I can make and we don't have a licensed kitchen to be able to make and sell them!) any thoughts greatly appreciated!!
