It's something I've actually wanted to do for several years, but put off because it's going to take a lot of work + maintenance, but the time is now. If anyone has any recommendations of salons or hair dressers who do excellent color work, I would love to hear them.   Not a lady, but: Laura Schneider at Fringe www.fringebaltimore.com in Remington (tons of friends get theirs done through her) or Danny Elder at Crafted www.craftedhairstudio.com in Hampden (where my girlfriend goes). Either can do basically anything you'd ever want.
