About us
Cradle to Crayons is an International Preschool and a Daycare for children of 2 to 5 years. We further offer an Afterschool Care for children from 6 to 10 years and many other Extra Classes including Elocution (Spoken English & Speech & Drama), Art & Craft, etc.
We are situated in Wijerama Lane, Nugegoda, in an antique looking yet, modernized building to give the best for the toddlers and children of the current generation. We provide a friendly environment and a caring and loving educational experience for all the children in the school.
Each student is valued and given individual attention all the time.
The teaching method of the preschool curriculum is mainly centered on preschool teaching methods but the children are also given the experience of the Montessori Method of teaching by our qualified and experienced academic staff.
Every activity is scheduled making the child the center of learning teaching environment.
Our Vision: We are NOT just MAKING a SCHOLAR but we are MOULDING a RESPONSIBLE, INDEPENDENT, and CONFIDENT and KIND HUMAN BEING to the whole world!
Our Mission: is to mould a valuable, responsible, independent child to the society and to produce a confident candidate for the current competitive Grade 1 Admission Tests in both National and International Schools. However, at the same time, we highly value the concept that a child learns to play gradually and that play itself empowers the child with the knowledge of the world.
Therefore, our teaching process is never too stressful for the little preschoolers.
