  My 80-yr old father is coming over to visit HK and has requested that I treat him to a steak dinner. I am not much of a steak eater so I don't know what places that a great view and are more of a family place than a high end fancy wine kind of venue. We both don't drink alcohol and am on a budget. Aside from Wooloomooloo, any recommendations? If I had to prioritize it would be steak first, price second, view third. Thank you!
