About us
Elite therapy is a team made up of physiotherapists and sports therapists that offer treatments for a wide range of physical conditions and injuries through the use of various forms of treatment options. Services may include the following:
- Mobilisations (manually applied joint movements to reduce stiffness and pain)
- Massage Therapy (reduces tension, stress, improves scar tissue and accelerates healing)
- Electrotherapy (ultrasound, interferential, T.E.N.S) - aids pain management and healing
- Postural education (increases postural efficiency and self awareness)
- Stretching (increases muscle flexibility through maintained joint movements)
- Rehab and exercise (on-site gym facilities allow one on one exercises to increase muscle strength and control to reduce re-injury).
We believe that people are intrinsically different with different goals and needs. For this reason we will develop treatment and exercise programmes that will be specific to each client’s injury and lifestyle.
In order to meet the demands of busy lives, we offer flexible working hours and extra ‘one on one’ time to ensure a quick return to daily activities.
