Angel is a fitness and wellness enthusiast who has been in the fitness industry for almost ten years. He is a Wingate certified personal trainer, Tel Aviv University (Campus Siim) certified master trainer, health coach and TRX trainer.
Angel provides in home, outdoor and gym facilities based fitness programs and health coaching in a varied and balanced program that is effective and fun.
Angel is a strong believer in body weight workout and inspires her clients to embrace functional exercise, cardio, strength training, balance training, yoga and Pilates. He treats each client as an individual with special needs and desires and designs workouts according to the client's strengths, challenges and motivation.
