  Having an issue with the Forsyth County Sheriffs department. They have charged my wife with hitting a parked vehicle (hit and run)with zero evidence other than a scratch on her bumper that's been there for years. It's an 11 year old vehicle with many markings. And to top it off someone else confessed to it and the deputy still charged my wife. Has anyone else had to go to battle over trumped up charges? Or recommendation for a criminal defense lawyer that won't charge us thousands of dollars to get this ridiculous charge dropped.
