  Pamela B. wrote: On July 4, 2014 we had a water heater go bad at our rental property. Spoke to several plumbers but no one was really interested in coming out on a holiday. This was an emergency situation, water was pouring out of the heater and we could not get the water turned off. Mr. Cardwell didn't even hesitate. He was finishing up sink installation and said he could be there within the hour. He was very punctual! Got the water turned off at the main and immediately got to work. We went to Lowe's to get the supplies need and within in no time Mr. Cardwell had the heater installed and the other out on the street. VERY professional, efficient, and tidy. Was very impressed! Will defiantly will use his services in the future!!!
