  Need Help!!! Is there anyway I can get my apartment complex to put in new carpet ?? I recently took over someone's lease on an apartment in Redlands not realizing how dirty the carpet is. I have had someone come in and shampoo the carpets (it did not help) the carpet looks/feels horrible(The carpet feels sticky ). The apartment complex said they will not replace the carpet because I'm not a new tenant (because I took over the lease) it is coming time to renew the lease which I do not want to but do to the low 1400 rent I don't really have a choice but to stay. Is there anyway I could get them to have to put new carpet? Or could anyone recommend a REALLY GOOD carpet cleaning service in Redlands?
