It does not matter if you are buying or selling your first home or you are seasoned in the closing process, there will always be a degree of anxiety and wonder when deciding to buy or sell real estate. You are, after all, likely making the biggest purchase of your life and doing so is a life changing event. The good news is that the process does not have to be stressful and in fact can be fun! That's right, fun! The secret is simple-constant communication with your agent. Most anxiety and frustration comes from not knowing what is going on or what to expect around each corner, that is why I pride myself on keeping in contact with my clients. It puts us all on the same page and takes the guessing out of the picture!
