  Free (or cheap) prenatal classes? Also N Valley Pediatrician recommendation. I'm trying to get signed up for some prenatal prep classes, like delivery prep and newborn prep. I'm delivering at Banner Thunderbird in November but it doesn't seem like they have any classes upcoming (their search function is crap) and I'm trying to find more flexible scheduling to accommodate myself and my husband. I've heard some say the classes offered by Banner weren't that helpful, but I'm a first-timer so I figure anything is better than nothing. A place with weekend or evening hours would be best. Also we're looking for a pediatrician as well and there are so many out there that we're really not sure where to start. We'd prefer someone nearby in the North Valley (Deer Valley area or thereabouts) with Saturday hours. Does anyone have any recommendations? Please & thank you!

  Pediatrician recommendation www.pediatrixmd.com How old are you and your spouse? All the prep we did was useless IMO, Just have the required physical items IE: crib, diapers, ect, ect, and try not to lose your mind. Stocking up on diapers was super helpful we had several boxes of different sizes and my son was too large for newborn so we had to exchange them for 1 s. My son's 4 now...He gave me a visual graph with his hands on how the flavor and texture of the dinner I made was...(The flavor is like here ....but the texture is like down here) it was amusing but also hurtful all at the same time.

  My daughter goes to Dr Nemivant at Pediatrix. Their website is pediatrixmd.com. She interviewed 5 groups before choosing this group. We've used them for2 yrs with both kids. We love him and the group. Amanda & Vafa also go to him.

  In fact I went to Pediatrix as a kid haha. Dr Harold Magalnick was my Dr... he's awesome, but impossible to get into unless you schedule wayyy in advance. His son Michael Magalnick just recently finished and he joined their practice too.
