About us
Chiusano's Brick Oven Pizzeria has the old-fashioned pizza taste you crave with traditional Italian artesian crust and a bar chocked full of craft beer, wine and more. Enjoy a casual dining experience with high-end flavor at our locally-owned, mom & pop pizza shop. We offer more than a dozen specialty pizzas with an enormous variety of toppings and sauces. We also offer diners the opportunity to build their own pizza, choosing between different sauces, cheeses, crusts and toppings, making the possibilities virtually endless. Chiusano's also has individual slices if you just need a light bite to eat, as well as sandwiches, salads, and entrees like Chicken Parmesean and Shrimp Alfredo. All of our recipes are inspired by family traditions along the coast of Southwest Italy. Each dough is double kneaded by hand and the sauce is prepared in-house.
