Hey ladies, I am in need of a last minute order of a dozen mini cheesecake (mini cupcake size). I was going to be making some today for after my son's 11th birthday dinner tonight but I am laid up at the Civic Hospital at the moment waiting to be looked at for a possible blood clot in the leg. This could not be the worst timing but I'm hoping I can still get some mini cheesecakes, (he prefers graham crust & plain cheesecake with some kind of chocolate or oreo topping, no glazed fruit) . If anyone has any recommendations on a bakery that might have them that would be so greatly appreciated!!!
