  Chauntelle L. wrote: I had these guys for my wedding in November 2016. The theme was fairytale (clean cut/nothing rustic) with Navy, Silver, White and Ivory as my colours. I had requested a blue velvet cake as part of the package, when we cut our cake and saw that it was green I was devestated! I had been so excited to cut it open and see Navy Blue. I sent them a message a few days after the honeymoon never to get a reply! None of our colours had been used expect for the white icing on the cake, they took days to collect their wood serving plates after arranging to collect them the morning after and their communication in the lead up to the wedding was shocking! I had to chase them up about confirming the desert menu only weeks out from the wedding!! Unprofessional and can't deliver on what they promise!! Devestating!

As per the photo the cake was to be light pink/peach and have a beautiful light pink flower cascading down. The cupcakes also to have a light pink/peach icing with little white edible polka dots. The cookie’s as per the business facebook page to be the same, little love hearts with light pink icing and our names imprinted on them and individually wrapped. On our wedding day the wedding coordinator kept wanting us to come look at our cake during our photos. What can I say my heart sunk when I saw the cake, the cutting cake was bright orange with a bright hot pink flower and the icing had just been slapped on, the cupcakes had bright orange icing and the cookies turned out huge, round and with bright red icing not individually wrapped. Nothing was like we had discussed, so disappointing as this is the one day you can’t get back it was very embarrassing. After sending an email to advise my disappointment, I was promised a full refund as she advised she did not make the cake, as she got busy and had to get someone else to make it. This took 6 weeks of me sending emails, facebook messages, sms and phone calls to be paid in drips and drabs. I have since been paid a full refund, was not easy to get the money back, but has been paid. I would not use this provider ever again.
