  So, I had my granddaughters at one of our parks and was trying to demonstrate how to hang on what we called in our day "monkey bars". Big mistake. I now have limited use of my right arm and shoulder. I have given it about 2 months and the pain will not go away. Can ya'll please give me a reference for an orthopedic doctor to see. We are pretty new to the area and not familiar with anybody. Thanks so much for any recommendation.

  Can anyone in our area recommend a good Orthopaedic Doctor? Have used Resurgens (Hwy 54 in Fayetteville) but tired of arriving on time for appt and then taking an hour to be called back followed by 45 mins to 1 hour more to see Doctor... it ends up being a 3+ hour evolution which kills my whole day
