  Looking for a good home inspector to refer out to a previous client who's brother is in contract on a flip property. In the process of redoing my preferred vendor list so give me some options. My criteria area: 1. They do not do a lot of "refer to HVAC", "Refer to pest inspector" and 2. Not afraid to call something instead of deferring to the REALTOR, damage is damage. It would also be great with someone who has a dynamic end product with great photos etc....
