  HELP NEEDED...does anyone know of a venue in the Bodmin running North Cornwall area where we can hold a fundraising/awareness day for Tintagel Age Concern next year? We are looking at attendance numbers of 60-80 people. All suggestion will be greatly received.

  Dear Parkisons UK. Can you please advise legalities regarding folk with Parksinsons who regularly fall when they cross roads. If a car was to run over them or swerve to miss them and land up injuring themselves (driver) and their vehicle, would the Parkinsons sufferer be at fault and liable to pay out the expenses. If so, do you advise folk with Parkinsons to get public liability insurance and if so can you suggest any insurance companies that provide public liability insurance for folk with Parkinsons.   Hi Kelda, if a person with Parkinson's is falling regularly when crossing roads we urge them to think of their own safety and use designated crossing places. We do advise pedestrians to get public liability insurance. Also, Rule 204 of the highway code states that drivers should be:"The most vulnerable road users are pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders. It is particularly important to be aware of children, older and disabled people, and learner and inexperienced drivers and riders."
