Laventure Construction is a family owned and operated business. Having 30 years experience in home construction, and a diploma in engineering, Lou brings projects together superior in strength and efficiency.
There is no secret to why our homes perform better than a conventionally framed house. Using ICF (Insulated concrete forms) from the footings to the rafters, and extreme attention to detail on vapor barrier, we can build a home that will cut your heating costs on average 30%. Combining the use of steel studs for interior partitions creates a home that is fire resistant and much safer to raise a family.
Along with new home construction, we also provide renovation services.
