About us
Carrie Atkinson is a third generation florist with over 20 years experience in the florist industry. After working as an ICU nurse for 7 years, she left nursing to pursue her lifelong dream to own her own florist and named it after her mentor shop, Persnickety, owned by her mother Sonya Haltom, to honor her memory. She is sublimely happily married to Jason Atkinson, an English teacher at Arkansas High, and has two fantastic children; Wesley, currently serving in the US Air Force in Japan; and Emma, who attends Trinity Christian School, along with three crazy rescue dogs at home.
