When my husband and I read testimonials and other reviews about his excellent previous work, we were so excited for the project and the partnership with Yuri who seemed to be exactly what we needed for our renovation. Construction began, and while some issues came up as was expected with a renovation, the lack of communication and clash of expectations escalated to unforeseen proportions. Not only did the project fall behind schedule, but when Yuri told us the project was finished, we looked to our drywall to see not even half of what we requested was actually completed, but it was done in a rush and nowhere near the quality that was agreed upon. My husband and I repeatedly requested Yuri to come back out and finish the mud room and to the agreed qualification so that we would feel comfortable paying what was due; however, Yuri responded that he was "done with us" and now we are being burdened to go to court despite multiple attempts at communication. I write this not to vent to the public, but to forewarn other people and families of our experience with iHome Construction so that they will not have to face the same struggles that we have encountered.
