  Charles J. wrote: I hired this Mr hicks for a simple battery case. He would not investigate the case before he went to trial. He got in court and have no clue of what to do. Another lawyer from another firm who did not know anything about the case had to take over for him. Needless to say I ended up in jail, probation, and the max fine for pushing someone. And I was a first time offender that was really innocent.
