Well Being Medicine For Animals began as a means to provide affordable veterinary care through the use of Integrated modalities of medicine. The goal is to guide and educate pet owners in an understanding of the use of acupuncture, dietary therapy and herbal medicine as an alternative to conventional pet care.
The primary focus is to bring awareness to the subtle patterns and imbalances that may lead to imminent disease. The correction of these imbalances through minor adjustments will bring about harmony and wholeness in the body resulting in longevity and fullness of life.
This business strives to offer hope in seemingly hopeless situations.
Gentle medicine can improve quality of life in situations of terminal illnesses, geriatric diseases, and even debilitating or painful arthritis. The body is strengthened and nourished to increase life and well-being.

BIGBOOSTING asked:New in town. Vet recommendations for Siberian Husky with cancer? Hi all, I just moved to Birmingham from Michigan this past weekend. A few days before we moved down, I found out my 13 year old Husky has lung cancer, and he's gotten to where he's progressively losing mobility. His vet gave him some steroids and he's doing better, but we know his time is short. He needs a new vet here to monitor his status and in case things get too hard for him. I live off 280, sort of near Sprouts/Wal-Mart/Inverness Corners (sorry, not familiar with proper neighborhood names yet). Does anyone have any recommendations for a vet around this area that they have used and thought did a good job with a pet at the end of their life? Did they/would they come to your home when your pet needed to be put to sleep? I'd want him to be in a comfortable setting. I sincerely appreciate any recommendations. Thanks in advance.
