Why Gluten-free?
Gluten is the protein that is found in wheat, spelt, barley, and several other grains that make life hard for individuals with gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease. Even individuals that are not gluten intolerant choose to go gluten-free for personal and dietary reasons.
Our Vision:
Bouche Bakery's business plan is based on an everyday struggle to find excellent food that is free of gluten, soy, preservatives, and genetically modified ingredients. It's challenging to find gluten-free meals, side dishes, pasta, and baked goods that look and taste yummy. Our baked goods are so wonderful that it will be hard for you to tell that they're gluten-free! Bouche Bakery will cater to vegans and vegetarians too! We will offer daily specials, candies, chocolates, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cookies, meals, side dishes, and more all made with loving, caring hands!
