  I'm getting discouraged. I'm looking for a licensed insured home builder/ contractor or company. We have met with several and both after discussion went up a lot on first initial meeting quote. If you have used someone personally please let me know. The ones we met with offered several home plans to choose from. We are downsizing a lot to rebuild and I can't help but feel like there is some option available. I would also appreciate any who to stay away from inboxed to me.
